A meaningful project in which we are involved

We participate in the Posco-GM project for the Ultium CAM factory project in Bécancour. This innovative project is a major actor in the electric battery industry and is in link with the Vallée de la transition énergétique (energetic transition valley).

The facility will produce cathode active material (CAM) for GM’s Ultium batteries, which will power electric vehicles. This is the first Cathode factory to produce in the country. Production is planned to start in 2025.
